AI Utilities BY GILAD ENTERPRISES

Privacy Policy

EFFECTIVE JULY 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Perseverance Factor, an S corporation operating as Gilad Enterprises ("we," "us," "our"), handles information when you use our mobile applications — including SplitSnap, SpeedSense, AskConvert, and other apps we publish under the AI Utilities name (together, the "Apps") — and the website aiutilities.app.

The short version: our Apps don't have accounts, we don't know who you are, and we don't sell your personal information. The Apps are free and supported by advertising, and the advertising partner (Google AdMob) collects device identifiers to show ads, as described below. When you choose to use an AI feature, the text or image you submit is processed by an AI provider to generate your answer — and nothing more.

1. Information we collect

We do not require accounts. You never give us your name, email address, or contact details to use the Apps.

Wherever possible, processing happens on your device. Text recognition (OCR), barcode scanning, and the core functions of every App — split math, speed measurement, unit conversion — run locally and involve no data leaving your phone.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Apps are free because they show ads through Google AdMob, and in some cases through AdMob's mediation partners. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers, IP address, and app interaction data to serve ads, measure their performance, and prevent fraud.

You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and review Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

3. Your consent choices

4. AI features

Each App has a clearly marked AI feature. When you use it:

Please don't submit sensitive personal information (health, financial account numbers, government IDs) through AI features — they're built for bills, speeds, and measurements, not secrets.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers that make the Apps work:

6. Data retention

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to opt out of the sharing of identifiers for personalized advertising. Because we don't hold accounts or identity-linked data, the most effective controls are the consent and device settings in Section 3 — but for any request or question, email us at michaelgilad3@gmail.com and we'll help. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.

8. Children

The Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

All network traffic between the Apps, our servers, and our providers uses encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). We minimize what we collect in the first place — the best-protected data is the data that never leaves your phone.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date. Material changes will be highlighted in the Apps where practical.
